ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping time and estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist where possible.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
